“As a physical therapist, knowledge, skill and experience are all important to the results I help my clients achieve. The personal side of therapy is equally vital. Being present with you, staying in the moment, listening to what you and your body, your energy are telling me… This is essential to helping you heal and helping you feel safe and comfortable in my care.”
Liz leads a busy life, in and out of Antares Institute of Integrative Health. Here at Antares she concentrates on orthopedic, spine and manipulative physical therapy and has special interest in treating women’s health problems. When not practicing physical therapy, Liz is the mother of three young children and likes to spend her free time staying fit, exploring nature, traveling and enjoying life to the fullest.
