Class descriptions:
Hatha Yoga: A class designed to safely guide each individual towards enhanced strength, stamina, and flexibility. This class will improve muscle tone and focus your mind with the use of props and precise alignment.
Mommy and Me Yoga: Ease back into physical activity after childbirth in a safe environment that supports you and ALLOWS YOUR BABY TO BE PRESENT. You’ll learn moves to restore muscle tone and strength while you bond with your baby in class,
Private Meditation: Explore various types of private meditation to calm the mind including active meditation, Pranayama, or silent/guided meditation.
Pre-Natal Yoga: A gentle class designed to support the changes to your body through all stages of pregnancy. Improve your posture, relax, and reduce the aches and pains in a nurturing and supportive environment. Poses and breathing in preparation for labor and birth are practiced.
Yoga/Pilates Fusion: This class begins with a smooth flow of rejuvenating and challenging yoga sequences and finishes with a sequence of Pilates movements. Improve core strength, flexibility, and bodily awareness in order to support efficient, graceful movement.
Go Baby Go Exercise: Designed for new mothers who are ready to get back in shape! Bring your baby for a class that allows you to incorporate your child as resistance. You get stronger as your baby gets bigger!
Power Sculpt: a fun, fast-paced strength and conditioning class for ALL FITNESS LEVELS. This 60-minute class is a combination of toning exercises and heart-pumping cardio. Join our highly trained fitness instructors for an exciting class that is sure to make you sweat.
